Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Momentum Marketing ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this site collects, how it's used, and your rights under Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

This site collects two kinds of information: (1) what you voluntarily enter in the contact form (name, company, email, message), and (2) browsing data collected through analytics and advertising cookies, only if you consent.

How your information is used

The contact form opens your own email application directly; this information never passes through a Momentum Marketing server. Browsing data (pages visited, referral source, device) is used to measure site and ad campaign performance.

Cookies and tracking

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (audience measurement) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram ad measurement). These tools place cookies on your device. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or through your browser settings. No cookie is set until you give your consent.

Retention and your rights

Messages we receive are kept as ordinary business email correspondence. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' default settings (14 months). Under PIPEDA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to contact.momentummarketing@gmail.com.
